Recruit Teaching Staff, Administrative Staff and Support Staff, when necessary
Able to handle payroll processes for 1,000 + staff
Manage an HR team comprising of 3-4 members
Address and manage employee grievances effectively
Conduct Training Sessions and Induction, when necessary
