Job Description - Customer Support Executive
Required Qualification and Skills
Should Identify prospective clients and helping them understand our services
Co-ordinate with service partners to provide timely and quality service
Must handle client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction
Should introduce clients to the latest offers and schemes of the organization
Should be ready for 100% calling and rotational shifts
Should make and receive calls.
Should be ready for both WFO and WFH.
Should have good written and verbal communication skill.
One regional language is must apart from Hindi and English.
