Job Description - Legal Executive
- Drafting of legal documents, i.e agreement of sale, absolute sale deed, GPA –(General Power of Attorney) lease deed and rental agreement etc.
- Co-ordination for registration of lands.
- Co-ordination with customers for registration of sites at sub-registrar offices.
- Collection of land documents with revenue departments with legal opinions.
- Co-ordination with panchayat office for getting khathas for sites.
- Co-ordination/follow up with company’s law firm for legal opinions in respect to land purchases.
- Handling registration matters and khatha coordination.
- Identifying and verifying all the aspects of Real estate matters and documents.
