Motor Development Engineer

Required Qualification and Skills

A graduate of electrotechnology or mechatronics
Well-founded, analytical knowledge of the electromagnetic, mechanical and thermal aspects of the development of electric motors
Experiences in electric motor manufacturing processes and motor component testing
Good knowledge of FEM, confident knowledge of Maxwell 2D or comparable software
Experience in the design of drivelines
Knowledge of the stage-gate development process
