Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and bash all the myths. Engage with customers & partners, dig deep, dirty into data, and identify hidden gems, which will help us build great products
Business Performance: Responsible for managing and achieving monthly target
Focus on Analytics: Identify key success metrics for the product (and features) and ensure that instrumentation has been adequately implemented.

Responsible for manpower planning, improve productivity & labor cost control
Responsible for periodic performance evaluation of the team
Coaching, mentoring team and groom the team to the next level

Qualification
Minimum 2 years of product/program management.
Educational background – Bachelors Degree
