• 10-12 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in regional or zonal level, preferably from rice / parboiling industry
• Experience in analysing and evaluation of new business and perform comprehensive risk benefit analysis.
• Client Relationship Management skills
• Corporate B2B sales experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• High energy, self-starter, with a proven track record in delivering results
• High level of maturity, self-motivation and team orientation
• Excellent presentation skills, pleasant personality
• Knack to perform well under pressure in an evolving dynamic environment
