3- 6 yrs successful sales experience ideally gained within a business-to-business environment, Responsible for various electronics components & power electronics within industrial/Govt, Automotive & Medical Industry.
Preferable experience in semi-conductor industry & understanding embedded power market. Also Technical understanding and/ or competence.
Should be well versed with the entire southern region. PAN India Experience is preferable.
Excellent results oriented selling and negotiating skills.
Able to sell product bundled to a service offer thereby not operating in the traditional wholesale price driven environment.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally as well as externally, across all levels of hierarchy.
Ability to create rapport and build relationships both internally and externally. Responsible for New Business development, Sales and Key account Management.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Natural inquisitiveness to look at creative/ innovative/ different ways of growing business in a maintained professional manner whilst in keeping within the parameters of best business practice.
Commercial acumen and market knowledge with excellent time management and organisation skills.
Flexibility in travel and time away from home.
Identify new opportunities for the group products in R&D and also do long term scenario projections for deploying growth strategies in technology and applications.
Must be able to generate & explore new customers for our product lines.
