To submit monthly report giving no of customer complaints received with details to be submitted to GM
To submit monthly KRA Evaluation of reporting employees such as Production supervisors, shift supervisors, etc
To submit monthly report on all the aspects of Inventory of 3 days in FG, 1 week in WIP, actual reduction in the purchases to be submitted to GM
Receive from maintenance dept. to be reviewed and submitted to GM with recommendations if any
To Drive initiation activities and results of 99 PPM – Monthly report to be submitted to GM
To Generate Plant level/ Cell level OEE on Monthly basis
To submit tool consumption report monthly
