Job Description - Operations APAC
- Must be able to prepare annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.
- Perform infrastructure support services, related tasks and activities at Company group of companies within Asia Pacific.
- The duties of this position are primarily in the area of Microsoft platform applications, Windows Servers / Desktop, LAN / WAN / WLAN / VLAN.
- Tasks include servicing multiple sites and widely distributed infrastructure.
- Assist in maintaining the corporate applications, servers, LAN, WAN, WLAN and security.
- Assist 1st and 2nd level support to resolve complex issues and escalations to 3rd level.
- Perform documentations, support implementation and adherence of new and / or improved IT processes following Company IT standards.
- Support of asset management processes following defined Company Policies and IT standards.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the first/single point of contact for all Company users.
- Would be assigned projects in the course of their work.
- Implementation / installation and administration / maintenance on all aspects of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Company IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management.
