Receiving patients/visitors by greeting, welcoming, registering, directing, and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming calls .Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
To answer customer inquiries, direct patients to waiting area, update contact information, and notify departments of arriving customers/patients
To receive payments for products/services, print receipts, and enter financial transactions in cash registers or computer software programs
Maintain security and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Administrative duties like update calendars, schedule meetings, inventory of stock for office supplies, update records of office expenses and accountable for billing services
Preferred Qualifications
Should be a graduate with proven work experience as an administrative executive with office management responsibilities
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent organizational skills
Experience:3 years of relevant experience Age group 25 yrs 30 yrs
