Identifying new sales leads (by researching organizations and individuals online especially on social media).
Converting inbound leads into prospective customers.
Should make follow up calls on the Leads.
Establishing customer needs and pitching new projects and services to both, new customers and existing customers.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Cold calling potential customers and selling projects (Residential) accordingly.
Arrange meetings with clients and schedule project demonstrations.
Planning and overseeing new marketing events to increase sales.
Inter-departmental co-ordination with various other teams like Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Client Success & Operations on post sales deliverables
Must have knowledge on RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act) rules and laws briefly.
