Business development, process and management, - Drive the sales numbers of individual housing loans and achieve login and business targets on monthly and annual basis.
Responsible for branch’s target achievement in units and volume both.
Lead and supervise the team of sales executive/ DST for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies.
Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion, within stipulated TAT.
Maintain and oversee all branch procedures and processes.
Responsible for overall management and monitoring of the branch.
Various compliance of Corporate Office, Audit observations and NHB/ RBI at Branch Level.
Recruitment of good DSTs and likewise, and other distribution channel for sourcing quality business and provide training.
Team Handling & monitor daily performance of branch staff.
Monitor individual performance of each employee, continuously work to maximize productivity.
Collections and portfolio quality maintenance.
Ensure superior customer experience and handling customer service in terms of applications, documentation, collections, pre closures & service issues.
Managing branch operating costs including cost of acquisition, expenses and operations.
Responsible for all assets of the branch and will ensure their safekeeping and maintenance.
