To take primary responsibility in planning, implementation and supervision of the care process of cancer patients and their care takers
To manage programs/ services and associated budgets, producing interim and final reports making best use of resources and meeting deadlines
To identify opportunities for service improvement and to develop business plans to implement improvements in patient care
To promote enthusiasm and commitment of staff within the organisation fo r providing best care to cancer patients
Responsible to meet the financial targets at the centre level
To achieve targets relating to patient volume, service standards and other agreed key responsibility areas
To understand legal ethical and regulatory principles of the organization, and demonstrate understanding of confidentiality equality and diversity
Preferred Qualifications :
Graduate/Post graduate with relevant qualifications in subjects such as management, sports science, recreation, health management, physiotherapy, life sciences and business
Experience:5 years of relevant experience as the centre manager/ hospitality industry experience
