Job Description - Manager-User Operations

Required Qualification and Skills

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in managing service delivery of user operation/client engineering /desktop remote support.
• Must have a technical background, with prior hands-on experience of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) or Intune
• Working experience on Active Directory, GPO, and Azure Active Directory
• Working experience with at least one endpoint protection (Antivirus, Antimalware, AntiSpam etc.) tools (Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection, Crowdstrike, Carbon Black, McAfee, Symantec, Sophos)
• Must have a service mindset and empathy. Must deal with a level of ambiguity, chaos, and apparent stubbornness from customers, and manage around it by thinking through the issue or request from the customer’s perspective to drive to area sonable conclusion
• Must have prior experience on Project Management
• Must have prior experience of onsite-offshore delivery model and should have directly worked with US/European customers or colleagues
• Must have ITIL process knowledge
• Working experience with Security Orchestration and automation tool
• Working experience with modern infra monitoring and digital experience tools (Logic Monitor, DataDog)
• Working experience with SaaS management tools e.g. BetterCloud
• Desktop vulnerability management and remediation
• Working experience on Disk Encryption (Bitlocker, McAfee etc.)
• Experience with other endpoint management tools e.g. AutoMox, Desktop Central, Manage
• Engine Patch
• Experience in MDM, DLP, and AD audit tools are added advantage
• Experience with the breadth of Antivirus tools are added advantage
• Experience with SSO and SaaS Management tools
• Certification in PMP and ITIL will be a strong plus
• Prior experience working at an ISP/Managed Services/IT Services company is preferred, and a background in dealing with global teams and remote teams will be a strong plus.
