Manage the complete store/warehouse making sure that customer orders are processed and deliver the best experience.
Manage people ensuring that operations run smoothly and metrics are achieved.
Encourage team members and make the store a great place to work. Own key metrics and drive the team with a structured approach to achieve the same.
Build stakeholder relationships.
Responsible for Inventory Planning/GRA Analysis/Production Planning.
