• Ability to speak in English, Hindi & Kannada
• Ability to work with Microsoft excel & other software relevant to telecalling
• Ability to work in a high pace environment
• Ability to work with several stakeholders such as students, parents, faculty, corporates & educational institutes
• Ability to record and maintain database such as names, addresses and interests
• Must be able to quickly evaluate and fulfil needs of customers after speaking to them
